Description

Tetraethyl orthosilicate is commonly used as a precursor to prepare xerogel(1),(2): It will interact with dodecylamine in the formation of intercalation compounds of H(+)-magadiite(3) and is used in a study of mixed-metal bioactive glasses.(4)
