Poison by intraperitoneal, intravenous, and subcutaneous routes. Moderately toxic by ingestion. Human systemic effects by intravenous route: nausea or vomiting, renal function changes, proteinuria, normocytic anemia, and thrombocytopenia. A severe skin irritant. Mutation data reported.
